Electric force do not allow to touch them if both the charges are same.

The reason for above two answers are, charges are independent of gravitational force, they only affect by electric force.

Displacement, Force is a vector quantity and heat is a form of energy which is scalar and work done is also scalar because it is dot product of two vector.

For clockwise direction, angle is measured in negative and for counterclockwise direction, it is positive.
