A block and a toy car of the same total mass are both placed on ramps with the same inclination angle. Both objects are then pushed into identical springs until they are compressed to the same distance, and then both are released. The toy car then rolls up its ramp without slipping, and the block slides up its ramp without friction.

In these types of problems, usually the speed, acceleration etc depends on the friction acts on the objects. We know that the direction of frictional force will be against the movement of objects so some energy will loss due to the frictional force. Also we know that rolling friction is smaller than sliding friction.

But here friction is neglect, so both toy and block will move same way. That is same acceleration, distance move, speed etc..

So from the question a), B) c) and D) same for both toy and block
