Diet counseling: To live the life, food is necessity. Everyday, one have to follow some diet to maintain his health. Our body is a machine, and like every machine, our body also needs some the essential elements to work properly. So to maintain the proper function of this machine (body), proper diet is required. Any food which can defeat our hunger can not helps the body to work properly. More than enough food may lead to obesity and less sufficient food leads to malnutrition. Obesity invites many diseases like Diabetes. Thus, a diet counseling, what element and in what amount, should be a part of our lifes so that we can continue to work, live with the proper function of machine which is our body.
