As a first approximation, assume there is no gravity on the moon ~ g = 0. Re-derive the Green-Ampt equation to get an expression for infiltration behavior in this gravity-free garden.
The obstacls to built a habitation on the moon are following
1. Due to gravity is zero i.e. g=0, things are not fixed on the surface of the moon.
2. If you are provinding atmosphere (given in question), due to very low gravity it will not stable like earth. In the case of earth the atmosphere is rotateing with earth due to suitable gravity.
3. If we assume that their is no atmosphere due to very low gravity, you will not hear sany voice because sound is longitudnal wave required a medium to propogate.
