(X) the continuous spectrum arises due to bremsstrahlung processes. - Continuous spectrum arises due to deceladecele of the electrons hitting the target. This type of radiation is called as bremsstrahlung .

(Y) the characteristic lines arise due to inner-shell processes. - The characteristic line is created when a hole in inner shell, created by a collision event,is filled by an electronic from higher energy shell.

(Z) the cut-off wavelength is independent of the target material. - The cut-off wavelength of continuous X-rays corresponds to maximum energy of electron in X-ray tube.

So all sentences are correct.
