1)From newtons third law, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Jet engine is an example for newtons third law. Jet engine exausts gases flows out is an action , the gases exerts a thrusing force(reaction force) on the engine in a opposite direction.

2.An air passing below the car is an example of Downforce.

From Bernoullis theorem, air passing under a car increase the air speed causes decreasing pressure when compared to air pressure on the car. This pressure difference causes downward force for racing cars.
