A potter's wheel is a disk that has a mass of 5.0 kg and a radius of 0.5 m. When turned on, a motor spins up the wheel with a constant torque of 7.0 N·m for 10.0 seconds. Note: the moment of inertia of a solid disk is given by 1/2 MR2. Also, there is no translational motion, the wheel simply spins in place.

a. [8 pts.] Find the wheel's angular acceleration in radians/sec2 during these 10 s.

b. [8 pts.] Find its kinetic energy after reaching its final angular velocity.
