Answer #1

Answer :

The seven known persistent lava lakes are :

  • Mount Nyiragongo (DR Congo),
  • Erta Ale (Ethiopia),
  • Mount Erebus (Antarctica),
  • Ambrym and Mount Yasur (Vanuatu),
  • Kilauea (Hawaii) and
  • Masaya (Nicaragua).

The lava lake system will use a volumetric pressurized receiver system. In this system, air is compressed to 15 bar. The hot air drives the first turbine, connected to the compressor and to a generator that produces electricity. The Air comes out still with a considerably elevated temperature.
