Describe the electromagnetic spectrum paying particular attention to the radiations used in medical imaging. The perspective from a frequency, wavelength and/or photon energy should be used.

Generally, X-rays widely used in medical imaging while in MRI and ultrasound imaging is also done by using the electromagnetic spectrum. Generally X-rays are very energetic radiation (high frequency of the order of Hz and wavelength of the order of Angstrom and energy 100eV to 100keV)  which can penetrate the human tissue but unable to penetrate the bones which gives a way to see the fractures.
