where h=planck's constant

c=speed of light

so putting the values, we get energy=9.556*10^(-16) J

b) 1 eV=1.6*10^(-19) J

so 9.556*10^(-16) J=(9.556*10^(-16))/(1.6*10^(-19)) eV=5973 eV

c)more penetrating x rays means more energy.

to achieve that, we need lesser wavelength as energy varies inveresely with wavelength.

d) as energy=h*frequency


energy varies linearly with frequency

so for more energy, frequency should be increased.
