Design an experiment that verifies Ohm's Law. In other words, describe (in a sentence or two) how you would conduct such an experiment using the fixed resistor and variable voltage source. Identify your dependent and independent variables and sketch a plot with the independent variable on the x-axis and the dependent variable on the y-axis. Include axes labels and the slope term of the sketched plot and relate this to Ohm's Law.
you can connect a fixed resistor having some fixed resistance say R with a variable direct current voltage source and ammeter, also connect a voltmeter in parallel to the resistor with the help of connecting wires made of copper.
For observations vary the voltage source in fixed steps , note the readings of ammeter and voltmeter.
with voltmeter readings on y axis(dependent variable) and ammeter readings on x axis (independent variable) , plot a graph which will be linear graph , whose slope will give you the value of resistance of resistor.
