work done against friction by mover A whose bureau is on rollers is less as friction contributes in rolling , hence increases the rotational kinetic energy of bureau , however in mover B bureau where there are no rollers he has to skid the bureau against friction by doing extra work as his work is not compensated by the rotational kinetic energy therefore work done in moving the bureau by A is less than work done by B

mover A has to apply force for a short time to get same kinetic energy or work done as mover B has to apply same force for more time so impulse spplied by A is less than that mover B.
