[Note: please post full question in future, I searched online and got the question.]

Solution:

a) What is the average velocity of the plan ?

Ans: V = Travel Distances/Time

V = 297km/2h

V = 149.5km/h = 41.25 m/s.

b)What is its instantaneous velocity?

Ans: Because the speed is constant and the direction is eastward, so the average velocity is equal to the instantaneous velocity 149.5km/h Eastward.

I hope you understood the problem, If yes rate me!! or else comment for a better solution.
