Einstein special theory of relativity is that it's work on constant velocity i.e velocity of light .

Suppose you are in train when and train moving with constant velocity and one person is outside of the train observing you .Now according to the person outside the train you are in motion but according to you the person is in motion and you are at rest

Hence both are relative to each other .....

Everything is relative with each other the earth is moving relative to the space but earth is at rest relative to us .....

Hence einstEin from this theory conclude that time is not absolute .It is relative in nature .
