Although a human hand and forearm may have a mass of 0.75 kg, with proper technique a karate sensei (master) will be able to use his entire body's mass to break bricks. Combining all his abilities, this master will exert 3,500 N of force, far more force than is needed to break several bricks.

here the force applied by the master is equal to the force exerted by the bricks then the bricks does not break

F = ma

the applied force by the master is greater than the force applied by the bricks so that the bricks are broken

to break several bricks more force is required

so the Newton's law which is suitable here is Newton's Second law
