This clay tile looks exactly like the tile I laid on my patio last summer, and its made by the same manufactures. Since the tile on my patio scratches very easily, it is likely that this tile will also scratch easily. I don't advise that you buy it.

It's inductive statement. Argument is strong.

Since you have an experience with the manufacturer, that he already supplied is a cheep quality, your argument is strong.

At the same time there may be a chance that the same manufacturer may produce good quality tiles also.

Even though he lost the confidence of consumer hence to get it back, he need to produce more good quality products. Until you use a such good quality product your argument is strong and correct.
