Please create me a scatter plot graph in excel that shows the difference between the two lengths with appropriate labeling. Please include step by step instructions on how you create this graph.

Basically you have to plot the X-T scatter graph here.

Step 1 - Open the Microsoft Excel.

Step 2. You will the A, B, C etc. Column name.

Step 3. In column A, paste the all values of rod length using half meter stick values (Also first enter half meter stick values in O position box then consecutively enter all the values I.e one value in one box)

Step 4 - Repeat the same that In B , first enter the name in first box - Mean value and enter all the values consecutively.

Step 5. Click on insert option available in the Upper tab in excel then search for scattering or scatter option then just click on it.

Step 6 - it will automatically detect all the values and plot a graph for you.

For reference, this concept is known as X-Y scatter graph.
