In the sun, only electron neutrinos produced when hydrogen undergoes fusion reaction and forms helium. But the on their way to earth, some neutrinos undergo oscillation and change flavour to tauon and muon neutrino. And the electron neutrinos detected at earth is about 1/3 of the neutrinos reaching the earth. The rest are converted to tauon and muon neutrinos. Hence the answers about neutrino oscillation are:
