Why is the Sky seen as blue? And How can you explain this situation?

By analyzing the situation with sun first.Light which we see coming from the sun is white in colour but in reality it consist of many merged different colours.We can see that colours in the form of ranibow and in prism also.As the white light from the Sun travels through the Earth’s atmosphere, it collides with tiny particles of air.

Since different colours or wavelength of light are get scattered by different amounts.Since Blue light(shorter wavelengh) is scattered more than red light (longer wavelength).

So, When the sun is high in the sky the blue colour get more scattered in all direction as sunlight passes through the atmosphere and we see sky as blue in colour.

Beacause of this reason of scattering of light we saw the colour of sky yellowish and orange at the time of sunrise and sunset.
