A 2.24-uF capacitor is connected across an alternating voltage with an rms value of 9.28 V. The rms current capacitor is 25.2 mA.

(a) What is the frequency (Hz) of the voltage?

(b) If the capacitor is replaced by an ideal coil with an inductance of 0.167 H, what is the current (rms) in the coil?

I am getting lost on which equation to use for what. I don't necessarily need the answer for the question, I just need to know where to go. I know that the answer will be between 140-220 Hz for (a) and 40.0-62.0 mA for (b)
