Option A is rejected because there is no information about the number of electrons on the body. And usually any body has a large number of electrons present on it. So you can actually remove a large number of electrons from a body.

Option C is also wrong because instead of becoming heavy, the object should become lighter since the weight of 10 electrons is removed from it.

Option B is correct because the body is already positively charged with charge 8e-19 i.e it is already electron deficient by 50 electrons. Because the charge on 1 electron is approximately - (1.6e-19). After removing 10 electrons the body will still remain positively charged.
