How to determine what is isothermal, isobarric, adiabatic or isochoric?

I have a hard time understanding in a graph which is which. Also, which direction goes and what are their process (Work, Energy, Temperature).

Can you please explain this to me.

What is the most challenging part of understanding translation? The process through which the code of an mRNA molecule is translated into a sequence of amino acid residues is complicated. But what I would like you to tell me, and discuss with your classmates, precisely what it is about the process that you find hard to understand.

Hello, Please explain this question, I am having a hard time to understand the question correctly It is established that training goals and objectives are necessary for training design and to ensure appropriate learner outcomes. How can we determine what our learner outcome(s) should be? And how does this translate into a solid training goal and objectives?

When given NPV, I have trouble understanding how IRR functions. I read some materials online, it mentioned that the IRR (which is the discount rate) that makes NPV goes 0. Hence, for example: Year 0 1 2 3 4 Present Value (900) 247.72 282.78 366.06 17.77 NPV = 9.32 I understand we can use IRR function in excel, however, when I want to do it in an trial end error method, what formula should I insert my "guess" rate? Kindly...

This is not for an assignment, but for my own understanding and I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist me with understanding. Consider a non-trivial trajectory where the velocity & acceleration of some charged particle are non-zero. If i were wanting to plot the electric and magnetic field, how would I go about making the equation to do so? Would you be able to give me an example? If I wanted to convert a 2 dimensional plot...

I'm having difficult understanding the concept of quasi-concavity. From my understanding, the concavity can be identified based on 3 dimensional graph, and also, it can be tested using the second-order partial derivative. If f11 is less than zero, it means x1 is concavity up in x1 direction and if f22 is more than zero, it means x2 is concavity down in x2 direction. However, my problem is that I am having a difficult time determining if the f(x,y) happens to...

Question about mixed solvents for recrystallization. I am having a hard time conceptualizing how a mixed solvent would work in a scenario where P and O nitronitroacetanilide are recrystallized with a small amount of hot Ethanol followed by a larger volume of water. From the structure of the molecules I assumed that the Para form of nitroacetanilide is more polar than the Ortho form. Second, I know that water>ethanol for polarity. Finally, I know that water and ethanol can hydrogen...

The Arrhenius type equation (I = exp (-E / kT), is solved by graphing the natural logarithm of the intensity TL (In (I), with respect to the inverse of the temperature in degrees Kelvin multiplied with the Boltzmann constant (1 / Tk ). The value of the intersection on the y axis will correspond to In (I), and the slope of the line will be equal to –E / k. The activation energy calculation is finally: E = -m *...
