The units of heat are equivalent to those of which one of the following quantities?

The units of heat are equivalent to those of which one of the following quantities?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Unit of heat will be equal to all types of energy, be it kinetic energy, potential energy, thermal energy, radiative energy(light energy, gamma rays eneregy,...etc), electrical energy, magnetic energy, so on and so forth.

Heat is another type of energy and hence its unit is also Joules.

I cannot see the options, so choose that option which is a type of energy.

Also,

so power multiplied by the time of usage is also equal to energy (unit will be Joules)

Charge multiplied by potential is also energy....
