What are generators and motors

Homework Answers

Answer #1

A permanant magnet offers a magnetic field always without the help of any current where as electromagnets are like temporary magnets, they will offer magnetic field only when current is passed through them and when current is switched off they will lose their magnetic nature and behave normally.
