v=u±at =0 or, u=-at

And has an non-zero acceleration(say a) means it's have an positive or negetive acceleration.

  • Now if the object has an positive acceleration then the object's initial velocity u is to be negetive. hence,the object is speeding up.
  • And if the object has an negative acceleration then the object's initial velocity u is to be positive. Hense,the object is speeding down or de-accelarate.

Thus the above condition of speeding up is False
