Do fluids exert buoyant forces in a “weightless” environment, such as in the space shuttle? Explain your answer.
Please type out the answer.
first of all, we must be aware about the two tyep of flow prevalent in the water streams that is " Laminar " and "Turbulent". the laminar flow is where the flow of particles is smooth , which means the motion between the different layers is smooth and regular , whereas turbulent is the region where the flow is irregular and the tendancy of whirlpool is more in this region.
so, from the above discussion , it is clear that it is always safe and convenient to travel in the region of laminar flow.
Thus, we can conclude that, it is wise to travel near the shore during the upstream canoeing where the flow is laminar and wise to travel in the middle while cannoening downstream where flow is laminar.
