A DC current is just motion of charges in a particular direction, so the current is along a particular direction only and using the right hand rule we can determine the magnetic field produced.

However as the current is not changing direction it will not produce a time varying magnetic field which is essential to produce an electric field.

And nonetheless it obviously doesn't produce gravitational field as the masses are negligible.

As no simultaneous creation of varying electric and magnetic field is not produced there is no EM field.

So, DC current only creates magnetic field.
