What is the relationship, if any, between Newton

Newton's first and second law explains the same thing only difference is that the first law says it qualitatively while second law is its mathematical formulation. First law says that there will be no change in motion unless it is acted upon by a force and second law says mathematically that if force is zero then acceleration will be zero. Both are same thing.

There is no as such relation between second and third law. Third law was based on observation and intuition and it is universal.
