This lab uses the Capacitor Lab: Basics simulation from PhET Interactive Simulations.  Open the Light Bulb screen, then explore the simulation about how a capacitor is designed.

1. Vary the area and separation until you find the maximum capacitance and voltage. Record these below.  (you might have to connect and disconnect the battery a few times)
