When temperature increases , kinetic energy of liquid molecules increases and the distance between the molecule increases. It causes a decrease in inter-molecular attraction between them, which reduces viscosity . Increase the temperature of a liquid is to reduce the cohesive forces

B. When temperature increases of gas than randomness of molecules increases.viscosity of a gas is caused by the transfer of momentum from one gas molecule to another. So, increasing the temperature of a gas will increase its momentum and so the viscosity.
