Kinetic energy is defined as the energy with respect to the movement of an object. Kinetic energy depends on the  mass and largely on velocity.

Kinetic Energy K=1/2 mv2 where m is the mass and v is the velocity.

Some of the examples of kinetic energy include cycling, walking, running etc.

Quanton's kinetic energy falls into the spatial category. Space is occupied when a movement is done. Considering the above examples space is occupied when some task is done. Hence it falls into the spatial catgeory.
