A friend of yours is a volleyball coach. She tells you that she has a player who is not very tall, but can move around the court very quickly. How would you explain to her the differences between abilities and skills? What would you suggest she includes in practice to improve on skills requiring speed?

If the payer is not tall enough than certainly she is not very useful at net because he will not be very useful for blocking section but probably at the center or any defending position she might be useful due to her fast moving ability.

Basically, vollyball is the game of presence of mind the second you loose attention ball will stuck on your face or ground so fast moving ability might be useful if she posses the skills to lift the ball from any circumstance to the smasher to hit ball at opposite court.
