Accomodating diversity means to include people of all races, genders, culture, abilities and ages in one institution or workplaces for their own benefit. For example:

(i). By including people of all genders in an institute or a workplace, we promote first of all equality which creates balance in the work environment. Then it helps in seeing the situation with point of view of every gender which helps in taking any tuff desicion.

(ii). Age diversity in groups or teams is crucial in producing the innovative, creative solutions in all the areas.

(iii). By promoting cultural diversity in workplace/institution we help the minority employes to perform better and not to feel outcasted. Plus we get the different ideas related to every race and religion which in turn helps to reach every community and expanding your business or insititution by breaking the language barrier.
