No, quarks cannot change flavour through lepton exchange, because leptons are not exchange particles. Leptons are not exchanged in any interaction.

Quarks can change flavour in a weak interaction in which leptons may be involved but W bosons are exchanged in such an interaction, not leptons.

For example, consider beta-plus decay process:
