PHY 112 final exam is next week and i am trying to study so i can pass. Any suggestions on how to study and get good grade on final besides just reading the chapters? Any help is appreciated.

First classify your chapters depending on the number of marks or use any blue print of question paper if available

i.e Suppose if you have 5 chapters, all carries equal amount of marks in your exam.

first start with definitions, derivations and applications (problems).

Keep in mind that all ways in a standard derivation you will be using some approximations or conditions, but when you apply the same concept to a real time application(problem) then those approximations/conditions will change but your basic concept will be the same.

Simply don't try to memorize any equations, but learn all the parameters in the equation and their behavior in various cases.

Keep focused and don't fear after all it is just an exam which will test your knowledge, the more you study the more you learn. All the best
