I hope you are doing great!
I am writing this letter to you to request defer of my admission.
I received of the PhD admission in Nuclear Engineering on Friday, 8th day of Nov 2019 and I submitted my papers required by my sponsor to upgrade my scholarship But unfortunately I lost an opportunity to start school this in spring semester 2020 Because I must send all the required papers at least 3 months before the date of study.
It is my kind request to you to help me to defer my admission to the fall semester 2020.
I sincerely hope you will grant my deferral request
