Answer #1

In a bar magnet ,the magnetic field gerates from the moving electrons in the material and making up the magnet. The magnetic field generated by electrons as a current loop and the magnetic field from a single electron is tiny . The over all electrons in a bar magnet combine their fields to form a magnetic field of the bar magnet.

The magnetic field lines are more inside the bar magnet than outside. and the stength is stronger than outside becaue the field lines are very close inside the barmagnet.

Given a magnet that is free to rotate in an external magnetic field, which way will it line itself up? Draw your answers in paint (i.e. draw the field lines, and draw the final position of the magnet with the poles labeled). Do four different examples: magnetic field up, magnetic field down, magnetic field left, magnetic field right. You don't have to draw each one out but I just don't understand what this question was asking. If someone could just...

Between the poles of a powerful magnet is a cylindrical uniform magnetic field with a diameter of 2.90 cm and a strength of 1.30 T . A wire carries a current through the center of the field at an angle of 65∘ to the magnetic field lines. If the wire experiences a magnetic force of 0.0514 N , what is the current flowing in it
