We know it is a known fact that there is no atmosphere how so ever in between earth and sun, that is there is just vaccum present in this space and no material medium.

But,

both conduction and convection need material medium to take transfer from one point to other.

As, convection mode requires flow of material medium from high to low temperature thus they both cannot take place in vaccum

Furthermore radiation being an electromagnetic wave,

which wil be emitted by hot object like Sun, has property to travel in vaccum.

Thus we clear cut short can easily say that heat transfer from sun to earth takes place through radiation (option-c)
