C2Cl2F2 is a non linear molecule with 6 atoms. Its isomers are also non linear with same number of atoms.

total degrees of freedom is given by 3N , Nis the number of atoms present.

3*6 = 18 in total there are 18 degrees of freedom out of which 3 are translational, 3 are rotational.

number of vibrational degree of freedom is given by 3N-6 for non linear atoms.

so vibrational DOF is 3*(6 )- 6=12.

thus it has 3 translational,3 rotational and 12 vibrational degrees of freedom.
