does the current flow in the same direction for the charging and discharging part? ( how do you know) why are they in the same/opposite direction?

thank you

Answer #1

example of charging the capacitor, the charges flows and starts accumulation of charge on plates of capacitor, so that current passes through capacitor in one direction (say cloclwise direction),once the capacitor was fully chared, remove the battery from the circuit and observe the discharging of the capacitor from the plates of capacitor which conducts the current in the opposite direction(counter clockwise) to the earlier current direction

hence the direction of current is opposite directions while charging and discharging of the capacitor

Please be clear in your answers, thank you! What is the effect on the charging and discharging times if the capacitance is roughly tripled? In the last part of the experiment, the Rheostat was used to reduce the current flow through the ammeter and multimeter, since the resistances on the resistor board were quite low. The Total Resistance of the circuit is due to both the Rheostat and the resistor board. When you connected the higher resistance spools, did you notice that the measured current decreased? If so, why do you think that happened? (I did see a decrease, but why? Please explain!)

If two parallel wires have current running in the same direction, do the wires attract each other or repel each other due to their magnetic interaction? My attempt so far: I'm imagining two parallel wires oriented vertically with the current flowing "downwards" (in the negative y direction) in each. In this case, I believe there's a circular magnetic field that wraps around and surrounds each respective wire in the clockwise direction (when looking directly downwards at each wire). Can you...

I want you to consider the current “flow” of health care from an individual perspective, and comment on the following aspects. You can create a use case/case study to better demonstrate how these component parts relate and ultimately influence the cost and quality of care. In summary, identify where the system works, where it breaks down, and why: How does an individual obtain care What are the options and why do they vary between individuals What decisions influence how we...
