Converting the volume from mL to cm3

V1 = 750 x (1) cm3

1 m = 100 cm

1 m3 = 106 cm3

Converting the volume from cm3 to m3,

V1 = 750 x (10-6) m3

V1 = 7.5 x 10-4 m3

Mass of the water = M

M = 1V1

M = (1000)(7.5x10-4)

M = 0.75 kg

Density of ice = 2 = 934 kg/m3

Volume of the ice = V2

The mass is going to remain the same,

M = 2V2
