Actually it is depends on the weather. For understand this we consider it's summer then you feel tired means energy losing. Thermodynamically we can understand it by that in Summer our body temperature is less than outer temperature so boday wants to keep maintain temperature so body gets hot and we feel tired.

But in winter Sun onu body have more temperature than outer so for maintaining it body radiate heat and we feel sleepy and comfortable.
