Time dilation :

time dilation is an effect we observe in time when object move at very high speed comaparable with speed of light. the clock slows down and time is becomes slower.

the formula for time dilation is given as

T = T_o/ sqrt(1 - (V/c)²)

here T = time observed in moving frame

T_o = time observed in frame at rest

V = speed of the frame

c = speed of light

twin paradox : consider two twins . one of the twins travels a space journey at a speed of 0.95c .and the other twin remains at earth.the twin traveling in space returns after 5 years as per his clock. but when he meets his twin brother at earth , he notice that his brother clock show the period as 16 years
