The time period of the wave and frequency are inverse to each other. T = 1/f

a) If period of the wave is increased then frequency of the wave Decreases.

b) There is no relation between the amplitude and frequecy. Even if the amplitude of the wave is increased the frequency remains Constant.

c) The pitch increases with increase in frequency. If period is decreased then frequency increases and hence the pitch also Increases.

d) The pitch is not related to the amplitude. Hence the decrease in amplitude doesnot change the pitch. The pitch remains Constant.
