Power dessipated in the bulb is given by

Hence resistance of the filament in the bulb=220.4167 ohms

b) What is the maximum number of light bulbs can be connected to the circuit?

the maximum number of bulbs will be obtained when the bulbs are arranged in parallel arrangement

hence we first calculate the maximum resistance for the whole circuit
