a) for a lens , when lens is moved away from object the size of image decreases and when lens is to the farthest point the image will be highly diminished.

b) if lens is moved toward the object the image will get bigger.

c) the image will be formed fully without any flaws but there is decrease in the brightness of the image.

d) if the center of lens is covered then lens will be divided into two parts but both parts have same refractive index hence the form image at the same point there is no change in image , image will form fully.
