AT WHAT distance should be located the nearest wire to the galvanometer to consider it out of the other magnetic field at a 3A large current ?
Magnetic field due to a straight current carrying wire is given by
B= o I/2πr
Where B is magnetic field ,
I is the current
r is the perpendicular distance of observation point from the wire .
It is very clearly seen from the formula that the magnetic field is inversely proportional to the distance and therefore the magnitude of magnetic field goes on decreasing as we keep on increasing the distance but its magnitude vanishes only at infinite distance .
Thus , it is not possible to move the galvanometer out of the magnetic field until we increase the distance to infinity.
