Solution:

A) It is called the fermi Energy. Fermi energy is the energy which corresponds to highest filled elctrons at 0K. At 0 K free electrons in thhe solid are used to fill uup the available energy levels.

B) This is false. Without exciation, electrons cannot become conductive. So exciation of electrons is must before conduction.

C) If nonmetallic materials have more (wider) band gap, their electrical conductivity will be higher. SO option 1 should be correct.
