Answer #1

Before giving an advice to him, I will ask him what are the reasons for taking sleeping pills in such a younger age.

And I will suggest him that taking sleeping pills will not work to fight out the problem in longer run. So, I will suggest him to consult a doctor before taking pills. I will tell him all the side effects that he has to face due to taking sleeping pills. Addicting to these pills for getting sleep will definetly show a negative impact on his health. I suggest him to practise Yoga and Meditation for positive vibes and these also help him to get peace of mind.

Side Effects of Using Sleeping Pills:

  1. Dizziness
  2. Prolonged drowziness
  3. Headache
  4. Bloating
  5. Nausea
  6. Abdominal pain
  7. Constipation
  8. Rarely, severe allergic reactions or facial swelling.
