Solubility parameters is mainly determined from intrinsic viscosity measurement. relation of intrinsic viscosity to polymer molecular weight and the chain-expansion factor is given by scientist flory. The chain-expansion factor can, which in turn, is mainly related to the polymer-solvent interaction parameter by correlating and using the Rory-Hug-gins theory.
